Hyper-POS SaaS · Customer guide

Set up and run your SaaS platform.

From the first server check to daily subscriber management, this guide tells you what to click, what to prepare in your hosting account, and when a command is required.

Check release status before using live data

The current source is a preview. A customer production release requires a signed package and completed native cPanel/VPS acceptance. Use the instructions below with the exact version and hosting profile named in your approved release.

Which hosting mode fits?

Shared Hosting / cPanel

Manual provisioning

Create the platform subdomain and empty database, then a subdomain and dedicated empty database for each subscriber. The current preview needs a host administrator to provide the verified private runtime release.

Background work

Add one every-minute cron job using the exact generated command. No customer terminal command is required.

Shared hosting guide

VPS with root access

Automatic provisioning

Prepare DNS and HTTPS, run the supplied signed launcher and approve the exact reviewed request. The configured server runner then advances the setup.

Signed launchersudo bash install-hyper-pos-saas.sh

Run from the folder containing the signed delivery.

What is implemented, pending or a separate procedure?

AreaCurrent boundary
Implemented in sourcePlugin/owner proof; guided setup and bounded progress; Super Admin customer/plan/workspace management; manual shared domain verification, encrypted database approval and activation; subscriber enrollment/billing/ready mail; access/limits; support and operations controls. Availability depends on configured services and release.
Native production acceptance pendingThe current support matrix has not completed its four production-signed cPanel/VPS host journeys. Fresh SaaS entry remains release-gated. Verify the exact package/profile acceptance before production use.
Existing business import/cutoverSeparate reviewed tooling/procedure; plugin enablement does not migrate the source business. Native import/cutover acceptance remains required.
Gateway and hosting capabilitiesUse only verified currency/interval/provider mappings and supported configured host services. A visible control or local fixture result is not live acceptance.
CustomizationAdditional gateway capabilities, arbitrary hosting automation or a different business-transfer procedure require an assessed implementation and acceptance process.
